DOES THE AGWA DESIGN STORE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
International shipping is available upon request. Please email designstore@artgallery.wa.gov.au for a shipping estimate. We do ship Australia wide. Please note that certain items such as perfumes or flammables can not be shipped, due to Civil Aviation security restrictions.
WHAT CURRENCY ARE PRICES LISTED IN?
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST. All prices are subject to change without notice.
WHAT PAYMENT TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept EFTPOS VISA and MASTERCARD payments. The AGWA Design Store does not store or keep any of your credit card information. Our secure encrypted payment gateway ensures your personal details are protected.
CAN I USE MY AGWA MEMBERSHIP DISCOUNT ONLINE?
Yes. As an AGWA Member, you will receive a monthly email with a unique discount code that can be applied to your order at checkout. This code is non-transferrable. AGWA members receive a 10% discount on all items, excluding sale and already discounted stock. Not applicable with other offers.
I HAVE AN ONLINE GIFT CODE OR VOUCHER. HOW CAN I USE IT?
Online gift codes can be entered into the appropriate field during the checkout process. When applied, the total of the credit or voucher will be deducted from your order. Depending on the total price of your purchase, a remaining balance might have to be paid, or conversely, a credit balance may remain for future use. Please note gift vouchers and credit notes purchased instore can not be used online, and online codes and vouchers can not be redeemed instore.
CAN I ORDER SOMETHING NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE IN THE ONLINE STORE?
If you have seen something instore that we do not currently have online, or if you wish to purchase something recently out of stock, please contact the AGWA Design Store at designstore@artgallery.wa.gov.au . Please note that hand-made items such as some ceramics and wooden items are individually made, and we may not be able to get an exact colour, shape or pattern in again. We are happy to discuss your options with you.
WHAT WILL THE COST OF SHIPPING BE?
Various postage services are offered via Australia Post, and is calculated based on the total weight of the order and destination delivery address. Postage is calculated automatically in the shopping cart, and charged as per Australia Post rates published on www.auspost.com.au From time to time, and at the discretion of the AGWA Design Store, we may offer seasonal or promotional flat rate and/or free Shipping offers.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
All orders are shipped with Australia Post. During normal postal conditions, most orders will be dispatched within 2 working days, and delivered within 3-6 working days depending on location. If you are not present at your preferred postal address when delivery is attempted, you will be left a notification card advising you when and where your parcel can be collected from an Australia Post outlet. Please note these figures are a guide only, and the AGWA Design Store will not be held responsible for any delays once items are turned over to Australia Post. Check the Australia Post website for your estimated delivery time.

CAN I CLICK AND COLLECT?
The AGWA Online Design Store has a Click and Collect function at the checkout. Simply select “Pick Up” as your preferred delivery method. You may collect your goods from the Art Gallery Design Store counter within 14 days by presenting your proof of purchase with order number included. Goods may be collected by a friend or family member only by prior arrangement with design store staff, and goods turned over upon presentation of a valid photo ID. WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive a shipping notice with a tracking number when dispatched. You can track your order by visiting the AusPost website www.auspost.com.au and entering your tracking number.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?
We always do our best to pack all items thoughtfully and with care, however, in very rare circumstances an item may be damaged in transit. If this is the case, please photograph the damage to the package before opening it, and then of any damaged contents. Contact us via designstore@artgallery.wa.gov.au within 5 working days from the date received. We will then require all items be returned in order for a replacement to be shipped. If another or similar item is not available, we will offer a full refund or credit code. Return shipping costs for all damaged items will be reimbursed once damaged goods are received.
WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND? CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Please choose carefully. We do not issue refunds or accept cancellations for change of mind purchases.
Please note:
• No exchange or refunds offered on sale items.
• Kindly retain your receipt for proof of purchase.
• Online shop returns can be made in store or can be return posted for exchange by post to: AGWA Design Store, Online Returns, PO Box 8363, Perth Business Centre, Perth WA 6849.
• Where items are faulty, have been incorrectly described, or are not fit for intended purpose, customers can choose between a refund, exchange or credit code.
In order to obtain an exchange, credit or refund we require you to email designstore@artgallery.wa.gov.au to discuss. Please ensure that:
• The item(s) are in new condition (returned within 14 business days of receipt). Under special circumstances such as COVID-19 impacts on Australian postal and aviation services this period may be extended
The AGWA Design Store reserves the right to refuse returns for items which are not in resaleable condition, not in the original packaging or have evidence of having been used. Proof of purchase must be supplied.
