AGWA x Ikuntji Artists Cushion Cover 65 x 65cm - Women's Business (Beige)

Ikuntji Artists was the first art centre established for women of the Western Desert Art Movement and champions the production of First Nations textiles. AGWA Design Store is excited to collaborate with Ikuntji Artists, based in the Northern Territory, to create a unique range of cushion covers utilising a diverse range of striking screen prints by local artists. Ikuntji also managed the entire production process resulting in beautiful and culturally resonant pieces celebrating Ikuntji’s inherent artistry.

Mavis Nampitjinpa Marks' creation depicts the narrative of 'Women's Business Story'. The fabric has been meticulously hand screenprinted by Publisher Textiles and Papers, guaranteeing superior quality and lasting endurance.

Care Instructions:

Hand wash, line dry, do not bleach, wash separately, warm iron, do not soak. The ink has been heat set for longevity, however please take care when washing (wash garments inside out if possible).
