Bitossi Vaso Rocchetto (Vase)

This exquisite large vase is in white clay with a striking turquoise finish. It is shaped with a smaller base and top evoking the shape of a reel, and features a series of parallel geometric carvings running around its central body. Established in Italy in 1921, Bitossi Ceramiche has a rich heritage of producing high-quality ceramic art pieces. Renowned for their innovative designs and meticulous craftsmanship, Bitossi continues to be a leading name in the world of ceramics. This piece was designed by Aldo Londi in 1953, when he was artistic director of Bitossi.
