Better World Arts Paper Star - AAD777

This decorative art piece showcases the work of Indigenous Australian artists, blending traditional cultural motifs with a modern, practical application. Each star is intricately designed, representing stories from Indigenous Dreaming and Australian landscapes.

In their attempt to escape Wati Nyiru, the sisters shaped the landscape, creating a rock hole that traveled underground and re-emerged on the other side of a hill. After diving into the water, they ascended into the sky. Wati Nyiru pursued them, and to this day, he remains visible to the south of the Seven Sisters (the Pleiades), eternally chasing them across the heavens.
